ジンギスカン初体験

新千歳空港から帰京まで少し時間がある
ここの空港は、グルメが充実しているから何処で食べるかいつも迷う
いつも混んでいる松尾ジンギスカンが今日はすぐに入れそう

自分で焼くジンギスカンは初体験じゃないか！
何にしようか迷っていると、程よく含まれた脂身が旨味を醸し出すやわらかい「肩肉」です、という魅力的なワード
「ラムジンギスカンセット」に決めたぞ！

ジンギスカン食べ方マニュアルがあるぞ
お肉は焼いて、野菜は煮るんだ
イメトレをするんだ

メンバーがやってきたぞ！
思ったより野菜が多いぞ、もやしモリモリだ
そしてやっぱり肉が主役なんだ

まずは野菜を乗せみる
野菜はタレで煮込むイメージという店員さんのアドバイスを元にタレを流し込む
野菜がシナシナになってきたぞ

頃合いを見て、肉を投入
さー、ジンギスカンパーティの始まりだ
タレを投入したら、いきなり沸騰しちゃって、どうやらタレを入れすぎたみたいだ

火加減は慎重に。。
量が多いかなぁと思ったけど、意外とコンパクトになってしかも美味しい
ラムの肉ってこんなに美味しかったんだ

脂身が本当に口の中を駆け巡り、牛や豚とは違った脂感が口の中で広がる
これが羊かぁ、美味しいなぁ
宴も終盤に入って一気に完食、ごちそうさまでした

First Genghis Khan experience

I have a little time from New Chitose Airport to return to Tokyo.
This airport has so many gourmet options that I always get confused about where to eat.
Matsuo Genghis Khan, which is always crowded, seems to be able to get in right away today.

Isn't this your first experience of cooking Genghis Khan yourself?
When I was wondering what to eat, I found the attractive word ``shoulder meat'', which is a tender meat with just the right amount of fat that brings out the flavor.
I decided on the “Lamb Genghis Khan Set”!

When I added the sauce, it suddenly started boiling, so I guess I added too much sauce.

Be careful with the heat. .
I thought it would be a lot, but it's surprisingly compact and delicious.
Lamb meat was so delicious

The fatty meat really moves around in your mouth, giving you a different fatty feel from beef or pork.
Is this sheep? It's delicious.
