【新千歳空港】らーめん空新千歳空港店

北海道ラーメン道場4杯目

札幌でスープカレーを食べたかったのだが、スープ切れで断念
そして飛行機の時間まで迫ってきたので、新千歳空港へ移動
うぉー、お腹が減ったなぁ

新千歳空港って、本当にいろいろ食べるものがたくさんあって迷っちゃうんだ
だがしかし、新千歳空港にはラーメン道場がある
全店舗道場破りをしたい気持ちが先に来て、ラーメンに決めた！

今日は何処にしようかとお店を眺めていると、コーンに焦がしコーンが目に入ってきた
味噌にコーンにバターって、味噌ラーメンの最上級互換じゃないか！
お店に入って、早速「焼きとうきびラーメン」を注文したんだ

いや待てよ、とうきびってなんなんだ？さっそくGoogleで「とうきびとは」で検索
なになに、北海道ではとうもろこしを『とうきび』と呼びますだと？
焼いたとうびきだから、焼きとうびきなんだ、はぁーすっきりした、と同時に着丼

あぁぁ、美しい、バターがちょっと炙られてしなっとした感じがまた食欲をそそられる
スープをすすり、味噌の偉大さに包まれる
何なんだろうなぁ、普段味噌ラーメンにはそそられないんだけれども、北海道と長野では味噌ラーメンしか選択肢がなく、美味しさに引き込まれるこの感覚はなんなんだろう？

細目の縮れ麺で、こしが強くてしっかりスープが絡み重量感がある
更にコーンがスープと絡み更に満足感が高まっていく
さぁいくぞチャーシュー、上にあるのはニンニクか？いや違う生姜だ！

チャーシューの美味しさに脳内がバグりながら気がついたら完食している
もちろんコーン用のレンゲは使わなかったさ
このスープはコーンと1対1で戦うのが正解だと見た

4th cup of Hokkaido Ramen Dojo

I wanted to eat soup curry in Sapporo, but I had to give up because I ran out of soup.
And since it was almost time for my flight, I headed to New Chitose Airport.

There are so many different things to eat at New Chitose Airport that I get confused.
However, there is a ramen dojo at New Chitose Airport.
My desire to beat all the store dojos came first, so I decided on ramen!

As I was looking around the store trying to decide where to go today, I saw some charred corn.
Miso, corn, and butter are superlatives for miso ramen!
I entered the shop and immediately ordered ``grilled corn ramen.''

No, wait, what is corn? Just search for “What is corn” on Google
Why, in Hokkaido, corn is called "tokibi"?
It's grilled tobiki, so it's grilled tobiki, so refreshing and delicious at the same time.

Aaah, it's beautiful, the butter is slightly toasted and supple, whetting my appetite again.
Sip the soup and be enveloped in the greatness of miso

My brain was buzzing with the deliciousness of the char siu, and before I knew it, I had eaten it all.
Of course I didn't use astragalus for cones.
I think the correct answer for this soup is to fight Corn one on one.
